polite staff helpful staff well appointed interior complete equipment
The front desk service impressed me. The staff were very polite, helpful, and accommodating . I found the interior very well appointed. the gym provided every piece of equipment I could possibly think of.
The shower temperature varied. It was difficult to find a consistent and comfortable setting.

bicep machine back workout rooftop view
the gym was easily accessible. i used the bicep machine and completed a full back workout. the rooftop had views of everything (a phuket panorama, really!).
during my two-night stay, the shower's water pressure was less than ideal.

the fitness room was very big, it had every piece of equipment you could want. desktop service was really good, staff was very polite.
the air conditioning system was not strong and cooled the room not enough.
